Title: varistream pump pressure loss?
Post by: DP365 on February 01, 2011, 06:19:47 pm
Any ideas why I lose water flow rate from the pump? its set on the highest setting (C) and lashes it out when you first attach the brush then after about 30 seconds it jus seems to dribble out even when the pump is turned up. Sooo Annoying ???

Sounds like you have pressure built up in the hose and then when you release it the build up of water shoots out and then slows down.

Or you may have a battery thats not holding its charge?

Is C the highest setting on a Varistream?

Not on the digital (MKII) version. If I remember right it goes up to "F". In sequence- 123456789ABCDEF, Low to high.

Tried a new Battery, still the same, think mines the mk1 as it only goes up to C ??

I'm not farmiliar with the none digital version.

However, it sounds like you have your pressure setting too high & flow setting too low?

I'm sure that blue dial goes higher than C, can't remember off the top of my head but I thought it went up to I
