Thanks
I am a member of another forum - nothing to do with window cleaning - car cleaning, and many of the guys on there take 100s of pics showing details of what they do and how they do it - and with what they do it with :P
I think it would be good to have more posts with pictures in.

dont want to seem a doom and gloom merchant but
would it not be beter if the pole hose was yellow with the recent info from gardners
if i went on the building sites i work on like pic 1 i would have been told to leave site for not wearing a harness health and safety gone mad

Hi

All poles we have come with standard Black Hose? Perhaps its something to consider.

PIC 1 The podium is only 1.5 metre high and has safety barrier all around so no need for harness in this case. When we recently completed a PASMA course it was advised not to wear a harness on scaffold towers for safety reasons.
If you wear a harness on any type of scaffold tower - you shouldn't be.

I have been a lot happier with a yellow pole hose, I won't go back. It won't be long before they are all yellow as standard.

a harness on a podium/scaffold tower???

if you where stupid/unfortunate enough to fall out of something like that you would just pull it down on top of you.

i agree with rhinoman i've done PASMA and i was told not to use a harness on towers if they where designed to use with harnesses they would have anchor points for the harness like they do in mewp's.
