i first started as a windy october 2009 and have had a few complaints about windows left with smears or dirty and the odd runs,but everytime iv gone to redo the window iv not been at fault as its on the inside,had a custy say when i collected the money friday "i dont no who has done the bay window but its a right mess,iv checked it wasnt on the inside aswell,looks like someone has just smeared water all over it" as i work alone obviously it would of been me,so said il redo on monday sorry about that mate,so been to it today and sun was shining on it and looked realy awful but yet again found it to be on the inside,outside was perfect,is it so hard for them to work out which side of the glass it is before moaning about it the pr*cks ::) >:( >:( >:(

i never get angry!I LOVE IT WHEN THEY REALISE ITS THE INSIDES THAT ARE DIRTY!! ;) ;D ;D ;D
it doesnt happen very often but great when it does!you should start to worry if its the outsides that are a mess after you ve cleaned em!!
oh and cheer up jackal!its a GOOD THING!! ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D

Don't know about dumb, but some of our custies haven't cleaned the insides in years!! The worst one we have has not done them from inside for at least 3 or 4 years. ??? One even has black mould on the glass. :o

I have a few like that, don't know why they bother getting the outsides done ::) as long as they pay I am not worried.

That's the strange bit Stu, they are normally prompt payers. Every time we clean them I start to wonder "Will they cancel this time?"

i am always happy when i find out it aint my fault,just does my head in, iv said sorry to him for nowt and drove a couple mile out my way just for this muppet,id charge him but id proberly lose the house then aswell

I always charge them my time and travel if it is on the inside, I loose the job mostly, but you will loose it sooner or later from them being embarassed.
One I still do trad told me one day "It takes a special 'kin talent to leave a perfect square of dirt in the middle of a patio door."
My reply, "It takes an even more talent to leave it on the opposite side to what I work."
He took it well and is still with me.

if there insides are dirty then offer to clean them, i quite like doing insides i charge outside rate plus approx 25 percent and do them at the end of the day, did one last week at 5 when it was dark when obviously you cant do the outsides

had that `last month i did the outsides and he came out moaning like hell so did again nope he said still outs so i went in and did a chech of the isides he did and there were smears didnt want to waste my time there" Twot"

We do insides when asked. Charge double plus about 25%. Some custies just aren't interested and don't mind dirty windows inside. Strange, but that's how some people are.

One of my custies has tinted yellow windows.... oh its nicotene stains... Lazy git asn't cleaned the inside for years.
Cant see the point in me cleaning them but hey ho.

it does seem like madness when insides are black but still want em cleaned,just makes the job easier tho as you dont have to make sure every tiny mark is gone
