Title: Big Thanks to NCCA

Just wanted to say thanks to Paul Pearce and Lewis Scroby at the NCCA for mediating with a wickback problem I had from a radiator leak.
The customer was like a dog with a bone about it. Sorry I hate typing and it’s a long story but anyone with a similar problem is welcome to phone me.

The outcome is, the NCCA found in my favour. If I hadn`t been a member, she would have still been on my case. (she still might be yet, but I don`t care anymore)
Not forgetting John Kelly who helped me focus on the stance I needed to take.
Also Ian Harman and Craig Partridge for a good blether and ideas on how to rectify the problem.

Hi Rab,

Glad you came out of it well. She sounds like ma wifey and man can she give it stinking. 1.5 months married and only 1 shoe and 1 hairbrush to the noggen so far.

Hi Rab, anytime mate, that's the trouble with this job these things happen from time to time and they can feel like a great weight around our necks!! Glad you got shot of this one. ;D
