Title: Renting part of my round out - Hampshire

I am looking to rent a small amount of my work to someone. I am unable to do these at present for the coming months.

The work is split as follows and all of it is 8 weeks with no collecting. All customers pay online or send a cheque.

Basingstoke: 24 houses worth £404.00 every 8 weeks.

Four Marks: 6 houses worth £75.50 every 8 weeks

Eastleigh: 6 houses worth £80.50 every 8 weeks

As these areas are not very close together then I will of course rent them to seperate people. Let me know what areas interest you.

I'd buy the Four Marks work. Not looking to rent as i rent work out myself :).
