I seen a wfp cleaning a 1st floor flat yesterday and all the drips was going onto the bottom flat windows and frames. The bloke from the bottom flat came out and starting shouting and moaning about his windows being a mess with water all over them. WFP said it will clear bla bla bla. This bloke was having none of it so made the wfp clean is windows for free.
Life's a bitch unless you get a trad to do your windies.... ;)

Which is precisely why I don't do flats unless I do either the whole block or ground floor only.

happens to me all the time,
sometimes not home and they never meet you so you get away with it
sometimes they come out and complain, I apologise and just blade them off once dripping stops (most are pleasant, occasionally they are rude and thats met with a cold response from me but not before I explain I'd have made good for them had they not spoken to me so badly)
and sometimes they ask me how much to include them on my round

Had one nut job threaten me with the police.
Excuse me officer but there is a man spraying water on my windows ::)
