Actually if you average them out over 4 weekly the average price is between £5-6

Thing is those cheap houses will never cancel them £12 £15 quids more likely end of the day who cant afford £6.

It can be a good round for someone starting out,or needing more work then later build up towards higher prices.

Hmm I worked out the price per house at £5.63 and sounds like some where on 8 weekly so one month might be less the £620 per month for 110 Domestic Clients.

But might be a good add on for someone but I would have a look in what your selling first as they will probably need raising into the 10 to 12 pounds mark etc.  ;D

So would I but £12-15  houses are not always available so if all i can get is £6 houses I'll take them

The ebay advert said (i looked at it last night) that some customers werent in last time and he couldnt get hold of them. Tells me that you have to go through the house for access or you can only clean them if the customer says yes.

Thought about it myself as its not too far away, but im leaving the access issues ones off my own round

if they are the sort of house im imagining , then 4 an hour is easily doable especially wfp

stick a £1 on them all and your on 25 £ an hour

no harm there, 3 days work a month for someone with a gap in there round

is everyone on here cleaning just mansions or something?

i bet these houses are one after another....in which case its easy to make money

shhh, people might cotton on to the idea of not driving between house all day , wasting all that time and fuel

Most days i park up and walk off and dont get back to car for 8 hours :)

Nothing wrong with £6 houses, alot of mine are streets with rows of terrace houses and i charge £6 a house, if its like mine where its compact and you go from one house to another it could be a great little earner! the ones i do do are one top window one bottom front, and three windows round the back, 15 minutes a house £24 an hour  :)  i dont live that far and round these parts its mainly low income familys who live in these houses so you would be hard pushed to get more than £6 a house.  :-\
