What do you think chaps?
A fitted heater system - capital asset or consumable?
Not going to be worth much in a years time is it? £3k fitted new, sell on as part of system in a year for £500 maybe?

Im definately no accountant but I would of thought a hot system could be classed as an equipment purchase (plant and machinery) under AIA and would be 100% tax deductable.
Maybe someone can confirm this?

What do you hot users say?

I put both my heaters down as equipment (consumable) my accountant didnt pick me up on it so must have gone through no probs
Like you said there not going to have much of a resale value in a years time
