Title: BEEN PAT N MICK ALL DAY

While working away yesterday I suddenly started to feel a liittle under the weather,   anyway I worked through and when I got home about 5pm I was actually shiverring.

anyway I decided to have a wee nap on the sofa and woke about half hour later and rushed to the toilet where I was as sick as a dog  ( I hate having to vomit )    but it was just never ending throughout the night.

decided not to chance work today  and only just eaten something after 36 hours,      I'm hoping its just one of those 24 hour bugs and hopfully the Kalim and morphene has worked its magic..

not nice at all but hopefully I will get a decent nights sleep tonight,   although I have been laying on the sofa all day feeling sorry for myself  :D

feeling much better now  and managed to keep food down,

might just breeze out later and do a few jobs,  well got a w/c quote to do and a gutter quote so may just get to do both today.
