this is my transit connect with a 650l flat tank set up as a one mn operation, pictures to follow later courtesy of cas100  ;) all comments welcomed

Can you get a 650l in a connect then?? Is the payload 900kg??

Pics have just come through on my phone but you have got them up now easy clean, the van looks nice, the low tops look much better than the high tops imho

Found this if it helps anyone.


"The Ford Connect has optional payloads – choose from the 625 standard version – or upgrade to 825kg, (now also available at 900kg from 2009). LWB versions can carry 825kg for the 75PS or 900kg for the 90PS version."

Have they changed the payloads on the new connects as the swb used to be around 800kg max? (as opposed to the high roof lwb which was a max of 900kg)

nice van easy clean , what they like on insurance ?
is your reel fixed on top the tank permanently
as this looks a bit a back breaker leaning in to wind in and out
really like the signage
