Title: help with clamps

I have two ionic poles ,i have just had to replace some nuts and bolts ,but i am finding it hard to get them right any advice please.posted this yesterday but had to send tax return,so wasent on

whatever you do, don't go looking at Ionics website for them as you might find them like i just did. Wait till tomorrow and make a new post asking again.
