Title: custy puts own price up

well this is a new one on me first job this morning i was just seting up when my custy  came out and said seeing you are doing the frames i think its  worth a extra 2 quid  ;D happy days it was only a second clean by wfp set me up for the day

There are some out there that appreciate what we do........I have a few that tip a quid or two every month one bigger job charged at £35 always insists it's £40. I had to change it on the worksheet to £40 as she confused my employee I sent there last month....he tried his hardest to tell her it was £35.
