I am looking to buy a round off a local window cleaner who is moving to another part of the country. Does anyone have a copy of an agreement or contract for buying/selling work that they could e-mail me please?

Prob not the answer ur looking for but never signed any agreement with the work ive bought or sold ... all been done on a handshake and an understanding over customers debts ... any cancellations etc .. would be difficult / impossible / costly / lengthy ... to enforce anything I rekon ???

no agreement letter is required you are buying an existing round all you need is a invoice from him and a letter of covenance witch is he wont go and target your new customers when he has sold them it happens belive me 8)

Stage payment for the round ...initial then 3 months, and a final payment six months into the round
