Title: employee wages

I pay £7 a hour for a new employee that starts working with me! and when I put him in a van its £8

However I have been thinking of putting them on a commission bases! my work is normal £25 to £30 (normal for my area)

What sort of commission do you work to that helps with motivating your employees and making you a profit!

I pay a set wage of £xxx per hour, I set them a daily turnover target and everything they do above that target they get a percentage of.
