I have a 03 Renault Kangoo CDi 70 with 12 months MOT and 6 months tax. 56k miles ex British Gas so maintained in great condition with brand new industrial roof bars.
Fitted with a 400 litre system with 4040 RO, 2 x 20" pre-filters and a DI resin cylinder. Solenoid fitted allowing fill up with automatic cut off when full and a split relay system to a brand new deep cycle leisure battery fitted to a hydroflow water controller.
Metal hosereel with 100m of 8mm microbore and a 24ft CLX pole only 2 months old.
System was purchased from and installed by windowcleaningwarehouse in December 2009 for over £2000 and has had just 5 days use each month since installation so is virtually brand new and produces 002 from RO and 000 from the pole.
The best van system I have had and a shame to let go but another career beckons so selling on for £4000 ono

nice set up even got the bubbles on we could keep them. suds.

steve is everything in good working order....i mean after the winter and frosts we,ve had.
filters and the like? contact number steve?
-
yes...I have just put 2 new filters and filter housings on the system and a new leisure battery.
The RO was used indoors in a static set up during the bad weather so was unaffected by low temperatures. RO produces water at 002 ppm.

Nice system,
i always prefer the water going from the ROs then the resin then the tank so 0.00ppm in the tank then the pole i see you got the pump drawing water to the resin then the pole, does this put a bit of pressure on the pump (im no diy guy just wondering)
-
how is the tank secured in the van steve?
-
no pressure on pump at all - comes out pole at 000ppm nice and strong with no problems with pump at all. If you wanted to change the configuration, it is simply a matter of changing a length of hose around.
The tank is enclosed in a metal frame bolted to the chassis. Installed by the cleaning warehouse.

Me too ;D
I have to say it looks like they fitted mine better the hoses are a mess on that!!!!
-
you mean you have had 30 odd cable ties tied round the hoses!!
I took off the cable ties and shortened the hose runs and put them on quick release so I can take the system indoors in minutes to my static set up and/or protect from adverse weather.
the hoses are not a mess at all...very simple
feed in hose to first pre-filter -->(pressure gauge--solenoid)-->second pre-filter-->
nice short loop to RO--> 18" loop into tank lid (with 8ft length of yellow hose to waste stowed away)
--> then its a cable tied length from base of tank into pump--> DI cylinder--> a nice length of hose into hosereel to allow manoueverability of hosereel.
