Cleaned a sofa for a new customer today, well her housekeeper, in a beautiful house.

Then came this, " can i have a quote for this sofa we will probably have it cleaned before its shipped to the house in Barbados "

are well back to pushing the wand.

Doing a water damage job at the moment. Guy was at his house in Florida. He told me he was sitting on the veranda in 80 degrees watching a Lynx slink off into the forest. Then his neighbour back here  phoned him and told him there was water gushing through his ceilings.
How to wreck an idylic moment :)
