Title: For all those getting vans sign written

Get window cleaner/cleaning as big as possible,rather than your name or company name being the most prominent. I was speaking to a couple of blokes at a coal merchants yesterday who said they had seen my van driving around, but did not know what i did. They thought i was a builder!!!! here is my van

In Derby myself, didnt know that was the flag.  However not born and bred here.

It is not that many years old, You will see it flying around in all sorts of places now. I have since getting it on my van and workwear. Where abouts are you in Derby Kate?

chopsie that rule on having window cleaning as big as possible is very correct, and should be used on leaflets as well. oh and phone numbers so be large too.

that is the most important part on sign writing

I am just off Kedleston Road so not far from town. I have only lived since end of July though, Did 12 months in mackworth (sounds like prison.....its not that nice!!!) Then then previous 32 or so years in Ashbourne.

I think its ok here, having moved all over the place, find the town quite quiet - or calm I should say.

Glad it helped, wish i had done it. But never mind, its not that bad. Most people can see what i do, It is very very easy to see. I was going to call myself Anthony Smith Property Services, But stuck with what i do most as a name as it would be more obvious (or so i thought!!). They must of had coal dust in their eyes  ;D

Someone described it quite well the other day, Its a town trying to be a city, But not quite there.
