Hi i need some advice on quoting for this job.(picture below) Its a one off! And its not been done for ages. The worst kind of job I hear you say..
It includes all glass at the front including brown panels between windows.
Any problem issues you foresee? - I ve not done anything this high before.. would cleaning effectively at the highest level be possible? ie visibility and scrubbing effectiveness?
What would YOU charge?
Many thanks for any help!

Let me see; you have , in effect, 136 windows plus the shop front windows at the bottom.
The job is a one off; is there no chance you can secure a regular clean???
Who's going to keep it clean in the future???
If you really can't secure a regular clean, and it's really dirty as you say, I reckon we'd charge something in the region of £100/150.
Obviously it would be easier if I were stood in front of the place to view it myself but that figure will give you something to start with.
Good luck!!

Luke do you have the equipment (long enough poles etc) to do this job already? If not then you will have to purchase, so it may be just as well to pass on it, if you can't get regular out of them.
I agree with miscontrac..... about £150.00 nett without seeing it, being able to clean it Monday to Friday normal hours, subject to all their requirements etc etc
Is the shop included? If not you may have access issues due to their entrance, so loads for you to find out yet. Good luck :)

Hi
The ground floor is all part of the office building included, same ownership.
I forgot to say they asked for a quote for inside windows too.
Thanks!

Outsides £150 or more if you've got the bottle!
Inside and out £350 or more if you've got the bottle!
-
is it just the front of the building?
-
yes just the front.
-
id say £150-£170 for a first clean only maybe £90-100 if it was a regular clean
-
150 all day long for the outsides as for the insides double it youve got to remember there will be desks fileing cabnets and all sorts in front of the windows looks a good number to me. :D
-
£100 regular - £150 one off
Internal - £150 regular - £300 one off
For me anyway
-
there is only about seventy windows inside as you wont see the blanked out panels from inside, so for insides i would say about 2 hours work at tops as they are all reachable so inside £65 outside about £100 and round this way i bet i would still be undercut

put your best price in given the info you have on here.,
Then forget about it,.. if you get the job great, if not , you have lost nothing , and gained a little more knowledge. ;D

Thanks for all the info everyone. :)

Not being funny but that looks no more than 2 1/2 hours work outside maybe 3 at a push, inside will be about the same as you will only be doing glass and not the panels
