Post by: richywilts on January 20, 2011, 02:05:26 pm
thru a friend i maybe having a meeting with a chap who is in charge of running 40 building sites with regards to external clean ready for selling the properties.

i am experienced in pressure washing driveways/roofs etc but what things should i bear in mind if people already do this type of work

what does this type of work involve ????  what little things can i do to make me stand out to next guy??

does anyone have a task sheet for what should be completed for this type of work??  anythink you can think of that i should prepare myself with for the meeting paperwork etc be appreciated

many thanks

I would expect that this will be just brick cleaning and maybe drives, paths and even roads, as the general exterior tends to be incorporated into the actual builders cleans.

For the road work you would need a proper road sweeper truck, and then it's an endless task. For the rest you'ld be fine with a regular set-up although own water supply is a must.
