hi guys

anyone on here had any dealings with a telesales company called heart communications, last sept i paid for 8 hrs of telemarketing and when i asked the woman on the phone how many calls she could make in an hour she said about 40, since october i have been calling to find out when the marketing will begin but always being fobbed off and saying they will call me back that day to expalin whats going on its now jan and still i call and get the same excuse, im in two mind going to trading standards to see what i can do, what do you think

Sorry to hear that you have had that trouble

I have "heard" of them.  Being in the indsustry myself, with regards to 40 calls an hour not realistic, 25 calls tops, and that would be going at quite a fast rate.

Not good for to ask for 8 hours pre-payment, unless that was some sort of deposit?

Hi Jonny,

I have to agree with Kate. 40 an hour is not realistic.

Kate has helped my company out in this area and has shown me some very good results.
