Title: cladding cleaning

I have been asked to give a cladding price for a new building (priced per sq metre) over the phone.I have not seen this building and the person would like an answer today - tricky one but any help appreciated.

It'll prob take what? Half a day?

If half a day charge what you would make in half a day, otherwise what would be the point?
