Hi
Guys just looking through my quotes and I have £3750 of quotes
unclosed , can anyone think of any good closes as I dont want to
keep calling and asking the same old redundent questions ,
ps they are all office contracts.

The way to stop unclosed quotes is to prep your customer on the survey.
You need to be asking more questions about why they are getting the quote. WHEN ARE THEY CHANGING Price, quality etc etc
You can never ask too many questions
In your case, just be direct "did you contract with anyone yet"?
NO, "when will decision be made"?
YES " would it be ok to stay in touch and see how things are going"?

are the quotes for one off cleans, or regular office cleaning ??

Thanks Paolo that is solid advice , I do think I us the consultitive approach very well
its just a pain when the client is on the fence and wont give you a straight anwser.
