This is my opinion:

Pictures need to be more personal. Real pictures of your work.
2 different email addresses looks like two different business's. ( have it coming all to the business one and forward them on to PM guy )

Other than that, it does what it says on the tin.

I am not a techie, so can't comment on how goos the site for adwords, google etc etc

Hi Paolo thanks for reply. Yes I see what you mean about pics, not entirely sure if my customers would be happy to have photos of their properties on my website.  The Property Maintenance is run by my partner & his email add is on the site, as this is the one he gives to his customers & it is on his flyers, so just kind of stuck to it.

Take the pictures in your house. Who will know?

Take a picture of your man, fixing your fence.
