Before the RO I have a 5 micron sediment filter and a carbon/chlorine filter. Not sure if you are trying to use two sediment filters. Indeed, one suppler said I would be able to have a carbon/chlorine filter only and dispense with the sediment filter - I've never done that though.

micron 1 and 5 does sound like i am putting in 2 sediment filters , i bought them as a set , so i presumed they would be ok....
any one know the diference in micron 1 and 5?

gazza who you get these filters from ? my mate uses them puts 5 micron sediment first pod then carbon block , then 1 micron , im not sure but i think the lower the micron the more particles it removes .

Thanks,
dont suppose it will matter about two types of carbon , as one of them should be only for taste and odour,.. which does not make any difference to us.
