Anyone know how i can email an invoice form George please?
When I bring it up on screen i cant even copy and paste it.
I normaly print it onto paper that is produced in word with my own header then post. But I have a customer who want it emailing and I cant figure out how. ???

I print them off and scan them, then you can email them

When you press the print button, you get the option to print to pdf tick this box. This will save a pdf copy of invoice in your George folder under pdfs. You can then send it as an attachment on your invoice.

Try CutePDF writer.
I use that ( In W.C.P ) - the invoice goes direct in to "My Documents and can then be accessed to add as an insert in an email. It is so easy, even for me!

if you already have the customers email address stored on george, the when you print there will be a email option or a pdf option
