Title: Pricing Cleaning contract
Post by: Pristine Clean on January 15, 2011, 03:43:39 pm
Hi Guys,

I know its difficult to price things as overheads are different and labour costs vary etc.

But just as a basic guide what would you guys charge for 6 hours work per week. That's 3 visits on a Mon - Wed - Fri

I know how to work it out, I just want to see if we are in the right area with the price when competing against other companies.

There is not much that would be required

its about 4000 square feet. 3 toilets clean kitchen and rest is carpeted. Its on 2 levels.

Kind regards

Dave

  hi
i do shed loads of office cleaning my core rate is 11.80 per hour  which would be 70.80 but with this volume and not every day would go upto my next rate which is 13.50 which is 81.00 but i always round under the nearest 10 so i would go for 78.00.

the 90 figure is possible and i have quoted stuff that high, but only when i go into plush offices and smell that theres money about. you do run the risk above 80 of being undercut.

so i think you are right on the money with your price.

  cheers
