Everyone seems to be going mad with diets at the moment so lets see how fat everyone really is.
I'm 52, 6ft 3ins tall and 18 stone in weight. Yes I will admit that I'm a fat b&&tard. But I'm trying to do something about it. I'm into my 5th week of not smoking so putting a little weight on with this in mind is acceptable in my opinion. I've also just enrolled on a slimming course so watch this space.
Most of my excess weight is on my stomach btw. My arms, legs etc are normal.
Next please!!!

Not fat, not skinny... Could probably do with loosing a little bit of weight, but do excerscise regularly so not that fussed! :)

Ideally according to the nhs charts i should be something like 8 stone
i think i was 8 stone at about 10 :)
theyre a load of crap them charts, i would be ill at that weight, about 11.5 - 12 is my fighting weight

tesco/asda brekkies that made me larf, will knock on the window if i see u inside there ! im 6ft1 and about 13stone now,was 18stone a year back til the ladderwork ramped up big time and had to shed 5stone,do-or-die !

ill wait until all the new year resolution idiots have abandoned the local gym/swimming pool(by the middle of feb)then ill do a bit of swimming and gym work to get me into some sort of shape! ;) ;D ;D ;D

At 18 stone, I think it's probably best to get a bit lighter before anyone starts running, otherwise I think it's risking an injury big style.

At 22 years old, I should think so!
Add another 20 years of wear 'n' tear onto those knees, and then it could be a different matter. Big lads tend to suffer with lower limb injuries through the repetitive stress and impact you get from running.

Add another 20 years and ill be a window cleaning god! Ill have my own island off the coast off sunny scotland! I be britains fattest man and it will all be paid for from my years as a window cleaner! Now i have to go as my mummy is saying i need to take some tablets ??? ;)

Possibly a little over weight but put that down to being big bones and the fact that my thingy accounts for more than half my body weight - which also accounts for the success I'm having in my other job as a roly poly porn star.

unfortuanly the boxing gene must of skipped my, my old man was a good amature boxer, hes now coaching at international level.
