Title: quick help needed

hiya guys

im just off in 30 mins to do my first tender site visit and have got the nerves set in lol......can anyone within the next 30 mins advise me on any questions i should ask?

the size of building is 28782 square foot and 3 floors and cleaning is done during a nite time? any questions you think i should ask?

Just quickly you are looking at 2000 square feet an hour depending on layout and what they require.

thanks paolo for all your advise, took it on board and wasnt as bad as i thought lol, so going to sit down and try and work it all out within the next 6 days, but may email and ask some advise lol but again thank you.
