hi all i had some ports made up for my van going to cut them in tomorrow  ive had them made so that hoselock connectors screw through the port so always serviceable change washers or replace if need be what do you think

I could get the guy to make more up there £35 each which i thought was reasonable considering what others charge

Just a thought - can't the van wall be drilled to take the hoselock anyway or wouldn't it be strong enough?

it would be dangerous and illegal i would have thought as they would stick out even wheels are not aloud to stick out past the wheel arches.

probably wouldn't be strong enough anyway

I will get some pic's up tomorrow when fitted just got to cut a hole in the side of the van now  :-\

the problems i've had with that van i'll probably enjoy it  >:(

Measure twice, cut once  ;D

On second thoughts.... measure about 20 times mate!

Well they are in and i think they look pretty good just got to let the seem seal dry and cut off the excess and then fit the hose lock fittings.

near side has 2 holes off side has 3

I know loads of people fit them but how much money will you lose when you sell the van with a hole on the side  ;D ;D

cheers H20se i think they will look good once i have cut the excess sealant away and fitted the hose connectors i couldn't do that on my own my arms are not long enough to reach both sides  ::)
