well today was the bath half marathon 13.1 miles though bath and not in it,
this was a race that i entered a few mths ago,to use as a warm up and something different to just running locally.
nothing like a race to get you going.lol
start off with a 1st for me had a massage on me legs, only costed a £5
race got off to a great start and a great atmosphere,
i felt good after the 1st 2 miles so set me self up to try todo a P.B
Well unoffical time is 1hr32:21 for the 13.1 miles this knocked 6 minute off my last best time.
so iam more than please with my self.
great day great surport form every one in bath today.

Hi
I suppose with all of that training you must be tired out.
I can offer you and your family a holiday home in Bulgaria to rent for free for 1 or 2 weeks anytime between 7th - 21st May or from 30th September throughout October and November this year. I don't know where you are close to, but flights from Luton directly to Varna through www.wizzair.com can be quite cheap.
You can see the Villa here http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/p476605 (http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/p476605) I only ask that you take a squeegee and give the windows a good clean ;D
If its no good to you (let me know either way) we will donate something over the next few days - good luck, I used to run myself when I was a kid, but too fat nowadays.
-

-
Good luck to you, where are you staying in Hammermith, the Novotel?
why do you want to buy us a drink vince. ;) ;) ;) ;D ;D ;D
yes 8)
-
Not at Hammersmith prices. You are from Bristol aren't you, I'd rather meet you for a drink in Brown's or Cosmo's
Ive never really been inside the Novotel, I've dashed in to use the toilets there a few times. Its got a good reputation and its popular with German coach parties which is a good sign.
You can have a wander down King St in the evening, thats probably about the best locally. Be careful trying to cross that one way system, people always getting knocked over. Its like Brands Hatch on a track day.
-
have a good one franky ,i"ll see u in blackheath .like u i cant wait . ;D
