Title: Osmotics (banner at top of page).

When I see a company advertising who I don't know, the first thing I look for is for a physical trading address.  Apart from the trust issue, this is because I live in a flat with a security system and I like to know if they are within reasonable driving distance for personally collecting from them.
I may have missed it but I have looked around the Osmotics site and can find no trading address.  I thought it was a legal requirement to supply this but, putting legalities aside, I do like to know where I might be able to find companies that I entrust with my money.
There has been another thread on here partly about marketing businesses.  No physical address is a big turn off for me.

Bad form replying to my own post I know but I did manage to identify their location.  Their company number is on their website and I tracked it via the companies house website.

OSMOTICS LIMITED
11 GOULDER DRIVE
AYLSHAM
NORFOLK
NR11 6WG

I really don't think I should need to do that though.
Even if they have complied with the law in supplying their company number on their site, it does give a bad impression (IMO) if they seem to be making it difficult for their customers to find them.
Anyway, they would be too far away for me to collect from.

They have been around a few years. I did order something from them once and everything was fine. I would use them again if they had something I needed.
