Title: canvassing percentages?

do you get more people say yes when you door knock if you have delivered leaflets a few days earlier?
or do you get as good results just knocking?
on door knocking on average how many houses out of 100 people that answer the door do you convert into customers?
obviously it varies but a average  would be good please.

i dont do all that canvassing streets of houses anymore. just hit villiges or country lanes. much better hit rate. also have you ever tried targetting sold houses soon as the new owners move in. you wont go far wrong going in from that angle me old chum.
