Yes he is, and Barry reliably informs me the 2 months of snow is on it`s way..... in June and July.

;D ;D ;D that made me smile griff

Of course theres two months of potential snow - its winter after all!
Unfortunately the media and tabloid press love a story in which they can influence and manipulate the populous and the weathermen love being the centre of attention. Notice how they hold back on some forecasts and tell you to tune in later? For the past six weeks they have been centre stage so when the weather goes back to mild their fifteen minutes of fame is over!
Remember the weather can be disruptive at any other time of the year with rain and wind so whats the difference? We don't work in gales and we don't work in heavy rain. Snow however has a fear factor attached - don't let your customers try to fool you with rubbish like '...It's going to snow until April' when clearly it's not.
Work hard and work smart - choose your days and maybe the odd Saturday. The days are getting longer and the sun higher in the sky, before long we will be moaning at 12 degree temps and April showers!

it depends on if he is taking his medication then he can sound normal but if no medication its just plain dribble.
