been thinkin that its really hard t grow the business whilst working in the business prob got about 6 weeks of full work with 2 weeks chasing round after messers and faffing round how do u think customers would accept a change in frequency would they be happy or would they expect cheaper rates.
but if i could convert them all to six weekly it would solve the problem of having to build the round up it works out an extra 3 cleans but with current weather conditions i think its be an extra 2 cleans per year

Keep it at 8 weeks and just canvass up more work at the weekends... You'll soon fill the gaps and it will be better in the long run.

I think you would struggle getting your custys to change

when i 1st started i was every 6 weeks and changed about 1800 to every 4 weeks. i worked out that that iv i lost 30%(which i didnt) the yearly income would have been the same than it was if i had kept 6 weekly and easier to do with less work but the same money luckily they stayed and it boosted the yearly income considerably

thats what im thinkin hopefully they would stay and be loyal, i hate new canvassed work iv had bad experiences with them and found them to be bad messers and recently dumped a lot off the round so now have prob 2weeks spare wer i had 1 week spare ev 8 weeks

why not just do the round every 7 weeks then until youve picked more work up they wouldnt notice that as much as 2 weeks early

When I started up I put them every 4 weeks and if a customer ask to be done every six weekly or eight weekly then I will ask others if they prefer to change. :)
