over the next couple off months i want to take some one on but not sure whether to send him out in van and start building more up or take more hands on aproach and just work with him and keep it like that i did want to have a few vans out and just sit back and be boss not worker have any off you got any experiance in doing this and how was it

take him on and work with him for a bit and then let him out on his own, if he is any good
