We all experience things differently, but to be honest, they have always been very quick to reply to me.

ive emailed from inside the program and ive emailed from the address on there website quite a few times and never got a reply.. gave up in the end.

We usually get a quick response via email, but with the ols they may not be online,
for some reason the licence has expired ! >:(
have to be out cleaning Tuesday - so really need WCP to be working :-X

Hi guys,
I'm not being funny but we don't sit at our computers all day everyday, especially not on boxing day. We both have families and have been spending it with them rather than working today.
I am not in the office today but will sort out darrens problem as soon as I am able to get to my pc.

Dave0123 - I also don't know what problems you are having and have no recollection of any of your emails? If you email again or post a reply with your problem or number one of us will call you once we start work again

I should also point out that Gold Support members get priority support although Basic support members will always be actioned within the 72 hour response times as per our website information.
