Title: new definition of a cowboy ???

could it be a window cleaner that leaves windows so you cant see through them
like frosted glass what iam on about is water frezzing on glass and leaving it

my lads left 3 houses with upstairs windows like that on wed then went home becouse the more they tried to clear them the worse they got

look on the bright side,     the woman of the house wont have to close the curtains now when she wants to walk around bollocko   :D :D :D :D :D

thats not cowboy thats being professional, stopping when you cant maintain your regular standard of clean
