For the ones that are working are you offering a snow guarantee ? (I am not joking by the way. ;D
have to say I have lost a couple of days this month, which is a bit annoying.
if it is safe to work we do, I have tested pure water freezing on glass then drying it out with hair dryer, result was spotless glass and a happy wife (although looking at me strangle)
what are others doing, just looking out the window does not count btw ?
if anyones interested below it explains what guarantee means :)
Ian
guar·an·tee/ˌgarənˈtē/Noun
1. A formal promise or assurance (typically in writing) that certain conditions will be fulfilled, esp. that a product will be repaired or replaced if not of a specified quality and durability.
2. Something that gives a certainty of outcome.

I am not being funny and this is genuine-
If a window cleaner did my windows & left them frozen solid & unable to see out of them they would be sacked full stop, regardless of whether they defrosted clean or not. ;)

so what is the art to ice cleaning ?, the way i see it water goes on window, water freezes straight away nothing you can do about that except leave the ice on the glass or stand there rinsing for 5 mins while the glass comes up to temprature and melts or use warm water...

The art is in 2 parts..... these are the best and most profitable words many will read on this forum today.
The art is to: Try and take Action.
very simple to work out yet so many dont understand it ;)
As long as there is no dirt the window will be clean ;D
