Title: putty marks

go a house with new wpanes and there is a lot of puty marks,  what is best to remove them,  as been using hot soap water and its not really doing the job?

Try using a sharp blade (Scraper) with water, normally does the trick,

a brand new scraper is best. Always use it wet. Unger trim for me..

done all that and u can still see the finger marks,  some are coming off  but a lot isnt
