thinking of taking 50m off my 100m reel would this help to get the hot water to the brush quicker

Some one suggested to us (having the same question) to use 6mm hose - so have some on order
Just hoping this helps and that you not gonna say you already have 6mm :)

no i have 8mm
i mean as the hot water travels down 100m of pipe it cools. so using 50m i thinking would help to keep the temp up.
i know its a bit of a stupid statment but just wanted opinions

it was me who sugested 6mm hose, on friday the temp was -4 the temp of water leaving van was 74 degrees with all 100m of hose unwound onto frozen floor the temp of water at brush head was 38 degrees which although not really hot is sufficient and not likely to crack the glass, if i had only 50m of hose on the ground and the rest on the reel the temp of water at brush head would of been much higher and i would of turned heat down to avoid cracking any glass.
