From reading your business name I'm presuming you just do trad. If this is so then why would you want a transfer hose? Are you giving your new custies a goldfish as an incentive lol. ;D

Point taken. I have the same problem as you. At the moment I use 1.5 inch hose to transfer my water but find hose is too big and heavy to lug to and from my van etc.

how long is the transfer hose ?
These fittings are really good, and someone suggested doing this a while back,

http://www.easywatering.co.uk/acatalog/Geka_Hose_End_Coupling_1_.html

you can cut your hose to manageable and easily stored lengths and then connect them together with these fittings when needed

got 30m  :o I live in a end terrace and parking is a nightmare sometimes cant get the van anywhere near the house, at least this most hated ritual will be done alot quicker now. only had a rain butt pump up until yesterday it took forever to fill the tank, will be 2 or 3 minutes tops now  ;D

How about one of these. You can get 80 meters of 1 inch hose on it.  I was in the same situation end terrace road parking. Got this and it worked a treat, however I've moved now so it's been made redundant as microbore just looks silly on it.

Yep, 1 Inch in and out geka fittings.  I bought it this time last year and then moved house in March. Shame as it really made a pain of a job an awful lot easier.

The lawn is new thanks.
