is it possible to clean resin with milton? after all its only balls of plastic stuff

I think the process is a little more complicated than that and involves acids etc...

£70.00 your right is not cheap. The thing for me is the bloody stuff gets everywhere when I am filling my di.
The thought of the mess while trying to clean or rejuvenate it, makes the 70 quid worth it to me.
But then if he thinks he can or wants to, good luck to him.

Peter fogwell explained it to me. dead easy if you have 2 di vessels. The hardest part is the separating the resin but even that sounds easy enough.

I wouldn't waste your time. Even in the very unlikely event that you are successful, regenerated resin has a considerably lesser life span than "virgin"
I also think you can not do it, I'm sure there's more to it than you think. I remember reading about it & apparently it's only economically viable to do in huge quantities.
