Title: Like old times - wheres the best place to buy scrim!??

need some scrim mine are full of holes :)

where is best , looking on wcw they have there own for £3 each or unger at 60 p or so more?

which do you use and where you get them?

also have you used the wcw scrim and microfibre?

dunno, got them years ago, took a long time to wear them out, also lost alot of them , lad who works with me misplaces them for fun so need to order in a load, just sticking an order in on wcw now, looks like its the same stuff all over and similar price so just gonna go with these guys i get most other stuff off them

When doing windows trad, most use a scrim for frames, sills, etc and microfibres for going around the glass.

The best scrims - the ones that last forever - are usually made from hemp but others are usually high grade linen. Both seem to last equally. It's the cheap cotton ones that fall to pieces after a few months.

I buy mine from the Cleaning Warehouse.

soap nation are good and very realiable.

only use microfiber on leaded or on geroian, proper scrim are best for normal trad work.

I brought some from window cleaning centre "unger" they take a while to wear them in but really thick
