Title: erde 142 Trailer/2 man set up(NOW SOLD)

erde 142 with lockable hard top lid/jockey wheel/good tyres/good condition
350 ltr tank
complete 2 man set up
2 shurflow pumps with strainers(1 new strainer fitted)
2 flow controllers
battery(new 85amp battery fitted)
outside waterproof on/off double switch for pumps
merlin ro/di/brand new booster pump fitted this weekend(09/01/11)
all new hoselock type fittings(09/01/11)
all fitted neatly inside trailer with outside ports

plus
2 hosereels/2 brodex 18ft hydra poles fitted with 10" vikan brush heads & pole hose tidy/brodex hydra 25ft pole only used 8 times/2 new 1 metre linkage hoses to conect hose reels to trailer
4 25ltr drums
all the above only 1yr old except trailer which is about 18 months old/lid is 1 yr old

If you don't mind me asking, how have you secured the tank

Post by: Pureclean Essex Services on January 31, 2011, 09:29:27 pm: hi,i just made a wooden framework tight around tank,then bolted all sections together,the frame also sits tight inside of trailer,i then drilled through sections at the front to make a backplate to screw pumps,controllers & di vessel,this was then secured by placing 2 rods through & then bolting top & bottom,the battery tray is also secured onto the framwork,hope this helps,i've used my system for just over a year now with no problems at all.
