Title: Best way forward

Big Jobbies asked the question in another thread.

So what's your view?

I have hot water and trailer, I plan to drain it each night and tuck up any pump etc. Fill with hot water through DI in the morning and get off earlier than normal.

Plenty of grit always do an extra £20 at the point I would normally go home.

I'm sure there are more things I will change, but will post them later.

if night temperatures are below freezing ill bring everything inside (poles/di/trolley/hoses/barrels) and fill up with warm water in the morning if just below freezing in the day.

if -4 in the day and snow/ice ill go out with screenwash/bucket and trad pole and leave wfp at home.

if its below -4  ill just have the day off!! ;D ;D ;D

simple no worries!ill just make the most of whatever the weather throws at me!! ;D ;D ;D

Stuart, try working later, even in the dark ish the glass has warmed slightly and will be less likely to crack /freeze over than first thing in the morning.
