Title: talking hazard cone

I was working on a main road the other day had the hose across the pavement with hazard cone when I noticed a blind man coming down the road with his white stick, I made sure he safely got over the hose and around the cone.
This gave me an idea ! a talking hazard cone.
so i searched maplins and found this
 Single Message Record/Playback Kit £14.95 it records 35 seconds of sound or voice.
This could also be used for advertising our services as people walk by.

if a blind person falls over your hose dont worry pack your gear up quick and drive off he wont see you or your signwriten van  ;D :-X

also thinking of adding a moisture detection sensor for when all those dogs that take a leak on my cone!   >:(
