hi guys,

ive been asked to grit carparks when the bad weather comes back. am just wondering whats the going rate is.

I'm subbing this out to Mitie (not my best, to be honest, but they can cover nationally and provide tracker reoprts which have been very handy) and they charge between £40 - £90 per visit, depending on size

ive been looking at a power brush machine. with that mind for astro turf maintenance.

that price obvoiusly does not include the cost of grit/rock salt.   i quoted a car park today £250 (inc cost of grit)   it was 2000 sq metres.

yeah i know it was cheap. only cos they were offering it on a yearly contract for all their sites.
