This is a unique opportunity to purchase one of the most powerful truckmounts ever made. It is a genuine twin wanding machine that can have two operators working simultaneously in different areas. The machine is of exceptional build quality and in excellent condition. The machine is being sold due to circumstances arising from the company moving into larger industrial premises. The van is in excellent condition for its age and has been laid out for maximum storage capacity in the back. The truck mount machine is mounted upon the main solution tank with the waste tank mounted directly behind the truck mount on the driver’s side of the van. There are massive amounts of shelving space including a custom-built stand to carry two turbo dryers. The vacuum hose reel is electric making it extremely easy to get the hoses on and off. The truck mount may be used for both carpet and upholstery cleaning as well as stone floor cleaning. This version of the truckmount has a high-pressure pump to facilitate the use of hard floor and pressure washing tools. The van has been up rated so that it can carry more weight which allows the vehicle to carry a variety of different types of tools in the back. The vehicle has been sign written with standard Alltec Fast-Track signwriting. Just replace the company name, web site and telephone number and away you go! The van also comes with 4 extra wheel rims fitted with winter tyres so you can work during periods of snow. The van has a Toad security system and vehicle tracking device fitted for tracking the position of the van on the internet in real-time. The van also has an air suspension upgrad to improve ride and stability.
The whole setup cost the company around £46,000 when purchased new and the sale price reflects this. It is extremely rare to pick this machine up in such good condition second-hand and they are widely sought-after due to their reliability and performance. I have just purchaced a 2000sf indrustrial unit to run our business from which has required an £80,000 capital investment. We own a large fleet of vehicles and the sale of this vehicle will allow us to free up some cash to develop the inside of the unit we have purchased. The machine is in excellent order and has been regularly serviced by Alltec and will be sold in full working condition. Viewings are reccomended and we can demo the machine in full working order. Indeed if a prospect purchaser would like to spend a day with my senior technician to see the machine working over an extended period that can be arranged also.

Why is there VAT on a second hand item?
Forgive my ignorance on VAT matters but
surely you paid the VAT when you first bought
the van and equipment.

If James is vat registered he has to sell it plus vat again,
this will happen every sale until someone who isnt vat reg buys it,
then they will sell it on with no vat.
He would give you a reciept including the vat, you can still claim the vat against your business as it is part of purchase price, even though you wouldnt actually
get it back as vat.
I am vat reg, and if i buy something with no vat on it, when i come to sell
it i have to charge vat, i think that is what my accountant told me.

ps, if you where not registered and you bought it, you can still claim it back if you
where to register in the next 3 years, where you would reclaim all vat
back paid during last 3 years, thats what happened when i registered

But your not paying vat twice if you are registered, you don't pay vat on bought items (provided you are registered)
The reverse is that if you are NOT vat registered then then you can't clain original vat back but when you sell then you don't have to charge it either.

is nothing but a fine on people for spending money.

I remember some years ago groups were campaigning for road fund tax to be scrapped and extra tax put on fuel. Would mean the tax disc dodgers had to pay tax, by buying fuel, if they wanted to drive around - or nick fuel from other peoples tanks.
