Title: Just been collecting

Just got back and one customer has pushed an envelope through the door with "great job, every four to five months would be fantastic!"

Grateful for setting up your own business? Shall I doff my cap when custies pay me and thank them for allowing me to clean their windows? Bet you are the most expensive glass polisher in your town eh mate? With an attitude like that, you must have thousands of custies. I really mean that. Bet you are really busy.
