Looking ahead a bit, there's bound to be some flooding we might profit from when the thaw comes (if it comes, naturally), so how about getting some pumps and gennies in and market yourself as flood remediation?

Could be some money in that.

actually thought about buying  a pump kit. Already have a genny. May buy one in future
